Gaudi – Part Two
After our amazing experience at Park Güell, we needed to check out the other iconic Gaudi buildings in Barcelona. Unfortunately our budget only extended to viewing from the outside, however even this was a bit mind blowing!

I have to say, my favourite would have to be Casa Batlló, with its blue dragon scaled roof it felt rather Tolkien-esk, with a little Harry Potter thrown in there. For sure, next visit to Barcelona and we will fork out the €20 odd per person to go explore inside. Least awesome for me was La Sagarda Familia – I am aware saying this puts me in the 2% of the world. Yes, I was in awe of its audaciousness and grandeur, but compared to Park Güell and the two Casa’s, I felt that much of the Gaudi magic was not there … Continue reading “Gaudi – Part Two”
